Fatz

When your name is Fatz, you have to carry yourself a certain way. With confidence, a wink, certainly a smile. Probably a beer and a plate of chicken and waffles. As Fatz grew to a 45 chain restaurant in the south, it somehow lost that way. Lost its southern roots. Its sense of humor. Its specialness. It was becoming another Applebee's. And no one wants that.
